Supplier Join Requests
When a customer wants to browse products from a specific supplier, they must send a join request. By doing so, the relevant supplier will be able to review the customer's information, including their name, phone number, business name, and business license. Once the supplier verifies the customer, they will accept the join request, and the customer will be notified that they can now browse the supplier's products and submit orders.
Business License Requirement
It is mandatory for customers to upload their business license, and they cannot delete it (unless they request a permanent account deletion). This ensures that all customers on our platform are genuine and subject to ongoing vetting. This helps us detect fraud and ensures that suppliers know who has access to their products, allowing them to differentiate between verified, genuine users and fake users who should not have access to sensitive data.
